My husband, Daniel, and I were first time homebuyers, so we needed a lot of hand-holding throughout the entire process. We had rented several homes previously, but had never used a realtor to locate any of them, so this was also our first time using a realtor. Everett far exceeded every expectation we had and made what could have been an extremely chaotic experience into an enjoyable one. We are small business owners so that always complicates things, but Everett was able to connect us with a great mortgage company to simplify the process. His communication was outstanding, as he was prompt to answer any questions via phone calls or emails (and trust me, we had many). Our work schedules are fairly crazy, and he made himself available for every showing to work around our schedules. When it came time to negotiate, Everett was able to work in every request we had, and we closed on our house in a timely manner.
