About Marion Shell

Marion Shell grew up in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. She moved to Austin when she was 19 years old and has lived here since. Marion attended college, where she received her degree in nursing. She has always had a passion for helping people. Since she was a little girl, she has always dreamed of becoming a nurse. “I remember helping my parents take care of my grandmother when she was sick, and this always made me feel like this is where I belonged.” However, after 10 years in nursing, she decided it was time for a change.

Marion met her fiancée Melissa in 2014. They rented out a few places all over Austin before deciding to purchase a home. Her brother Everett, at the time, was a real estate agent. He spent weekends with them, driving all over Austin looking for the perfect home.

“My brother made our home-buying experience a dream come true. Everett exceeded every expectation we had and made our home-buying experience very enjoyable. We ended up purchasing our own home in 2016 in Pflugerville.”

It was at that time that she decided that she wanted to become a real estate agent.

I wanted to become a real estate agent to help clients find their dream home, feel confident, supported, and satisfied with the services they receive from their home-buying/selling experience.

During my free time, I enjoy spending time with my fiancée Melissa, my two daughters, and my dog Elvis. My family and I just love being outdoors, hiking, traveling, and just being in the presence of family. I am familiar with neighborhoods all over Austin and the surrounding area and would love to help you find your dream home. Rest assured, I will listen to you with an understanding of your needs and wants, and I will do my best to achieve them all.
