Our experience moving to Texas and finding a home was wonderful, largely in part to Everett Shell. Everett is, without a doubt, the best broker in Texas. I came to him with a very short deadline, and he went above and beyond to find the right home for me. Not once did I feel pressured into something I did not want to buy, nor did he show me anything that was out of my price range. Everett worked night and day, sending me listings, and was always on time to walk through the homes with me. When I was sure I found the home I wanted, Everett made the buying process seem like nothing at all, and he negotiated the best deal possible. I have already recommended him to a coworker, and they were able to find a house within a week or two and close within 30 days. I will always recommend Everett and know he will do an amazing job.
